Re the move on Tuesday 13th I apologise for the late contact due to lack of telephone and broadband facilities, which were only restored late yesterday. We would like to place on record our appreciation for your understanding and willingness in changing our removal dates due to the inconsideration of others. Also we would like to say how helpful and cooperative both drivers – unfortunately due to the passing of time we cannot recall their names –  and they were a credit to your organisation. Some of our friends, we believe, were slightly sceptical of our choice of removals, but we would have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone.
