Just a short note to thank you for the professional service we recieved from your company at the weekend.

Moving an elderly, disabled person after 50 years in one home is a very stressfull operation but those worries quickly disappeared within a few minutes of your team arriving on Sunday morning.

They arrived on time, were polite, organised and careful as they went about their work. They were also very helpful at the new property and carefully placed furniture and storage boxes in the correct rooms. This was very important as it meant that within a couple of hours of the completion of the move my elderly Mother was able to got to bed and relax in her new home.

I would also like to add that your flexible charging system (5 hr half day rate + single hourly rate) was also very useful. It meant that following the movement of furniture into the new home we had the option of taking other items to another destination. Although your team had spent the whole day up and down stairs they drove to another town and completed this additional task with the same level of care as when they began at 9am.

As you know my house move from Quex Road to Priory Road took place yesterday morning.

I would just like to place on record my thanks to the two guys that turned up from your company for making the whole moving process so pain-free. I apologise for the fact that I did not get their names but they were so helpful and efficient that it was all completed in no time at all. This included a little trip up the A5 Edgware Road to get my friend’s stuff from her flat in Cricklewood and bring it back to Priory Road.

I have no desire to move again in the near future as it does take a toll on you but I would not hesitate to use your firm again as and when this does become a necessity.

Hi – sorry for the late reply but I wanted to say that I thought you guys were great. I made a very last minute booking at a really busy time of the year and you were easy to deal with, responsive and friendly. The woman I spoke to on the phone was really relaxed, efficient and friendly. And my driver was a legend! He arrived about half an hour early which was fine for me and we moved in absolute record speed which I hugely appreciated given it was Christmas eve. I think even he was amazed at how quickly and smoothly it went! Anyway, I’d definitely use you again and I’d recommend you to anyone. Thanks!

Your two young men were so kind and efficient; turning up early and making absolutely no fuss when they found that it would have to be a stair job in both directions and the staircases were difficult too being so narrow both going down four floors and then up three in the next block.  Nothing was too much trouble for them.  My friend said weren’t they lovely men and she couldn’t believer how smoothly it all went.

Also, my contact with yourself and Andrew on the telephone was excellent.

This is a truly genuine message Carina – please don’t put us in for the voucher competition, it would have come to you without its knowledge.

Your team carried out a job for me this morning and I just wanted to let you know how delighted I was with your service. The guys turned up early and ready to spring into action. They were moving over 1000 books and had the packing completed in 45 minutes which was amazing. Then they were off without delay to the delivery address where they unpacked everything once again in record time. The whole job took only 2 hours. Can I just say a massive thanks for helping my daughter move. Your willingness to ‘squeeze’ my daughter’s 1 hour move in was really kind, especially as she had 2 days notice to go and we couldn’t get anyone anywhere that wasn’t going to charge over £300. Yours cost £55! We couldn’t have afforded £300 so would have had to spend 2 days moving it all by hand (after work, at night) but instead you came to the rescue . Andrew, from your team, was soooooper strong and helped her move everything. What a great moving day!
