We have been running a customer feedback survey to find out what people really think about our service. We are really pleased with the results so far and you can see the feedback below.
We will keep this updated (good or bad) as we are constantly looking to improve the service.

You seemed more professional than a lot of the firms I spoke to, you also seemed more able to tailor your service to different sizes of requirements rather than just small move man & van arrangements or family home moves. I fell between the two so this was great for me.

Even though they were late they did call to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. They worked completely tirelessly for nearly 4 hours straight and would only accept a cup of coffee once I was completely moved in and they had called to say they had finished the job and get the final price. Really impressed with them both.
They were very hard working and also very quick. We were done is much less time than we had anticipated.

Anna picked us up and was great and the guy who picked me up on the Wednesday was great because the Business Centre in Islington was full of beauocracy which he dealt with well and got us home double quick

Nice Guys – Good Attitude
Weren’t wearing ‘uniform’ but were wearing appropriate clothing for moving furniture. I didn’t have a problem with what they were wearing.
The two removal men were good, however I was disappointed and concerned that they were not in uniform as promised – however the van was branded as was the receipt I was given. I would have preferred to see the removal men in uniform as promised.
They were two very nice, decent and hardworking young men. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The two young men made it look so effortless negotiating our narrow staircases in both blocks they worked extremely well together as a team.
The removal men weren’t wearing uniform but that didn’t bother me. They did a great job with lots of stairs and heavy, valuable furniture

the move team comments:
We have ordered new uniforms for the winter. Including waterproof warm Jackets and new polo shirts. That should ensure that all they guys have branding to match the vans.

Hi – sorry for the late reply but I wanted to say that I thought you guys were great. I made a very last minute booking at a really busy time of the year and you were easy to deal with, responsive and friendly. The woman I spoke to on the phone was really relaxed, efficient and friendly. And my driver was a legend! He arrived about half an hour early which was fine for me and we moved in absolute record speed which I hugely appreciated given it was Christmas eve. I think even he was amazed at how quickly and smoothly it went! Anyway, I’d definitely use you again and I’d recommend you to anyone. Thanks!
Was about 40mins late, and had to ring to check that was on the way. Could send texts when on the way or delayed to keep customer in the loop.

The order of the 3 pick ups was not clear to the driver, so if I hadn’t checked with him, he’d have gone to the pick ups in the wrong order. Otherwise everything was fantastic – thanks. Crew could not have been more helpful and nice.

Being able to book online or by email would have been really useful
The guys arrived, got straight to it, and were careful with two sofas that barely fit through the door, so i was very happy with the process. Given the nature of the time based pricing the guys showed no signs of stalled time, in fact, they were keen beans
